If your order is damaged during shipping or flawed because of a mistake on our part, we will replace it as quickly as possible. All Photopog products must be returned along with the return form before any replacement or refund can be made. You can download the return form here.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all spelling is correct, that all pictures are of the quality expected to be printed and that placement is correct before finalizing their design and paying for it.
